Meet VermiVenti – a coffee we create in close collaboration with farmer groups from Sindhupalchowk and Dolakha. Producing that first cherry is no small feat, and it all starts with sustainable practices. We work alongside local NGOs and cooperatives to train farmers in organic methods like improved pest management, farmyard manure, and vermi-composting. These eco-friendly tools help nourish the plants from the very beginning, ensuring each batch gets the best care. “Venti” means 20 – because sometimes, you just need a little more in your cup.
