Komorebi:
A Glimpse of Serenity in Every Sip
Shade-Grown, Artfully Crafted, and Perfectly Limited
Our coffee is shade-grown, nurtured under a canopy of banana trees, bay leaves, and a few avocados. The sunlight filters through the trees, gently kissing the coffee plants—picture that serene moment. We searched for the perfect word to describe it in Nepali but couldn’t find one. In Japanese, though, it’s called Komorebi. So, we decided to name our experimental micro-lot Komorebi. This special batch is around 50kg each season, shared with our friends who appreciate the art of specialty coffee. Let’s get brewing and savor the moment!
VermiVenti:
Coffee with a Purpose
Bold Flavor, Sustainable Roots, and Lasting Farmer Connections
Meet VermiVenti – a coffee we create in close collaboration with farmer groups from Sindhupalchowk and Dolakha. Producing that first cherry is no small feat, and it all starts with sustainable practices. We work alongside local NGOs and cooperatives to train farmers in organic methods like improved pest management, farmyard manure, and vermi-composting. These eco-friendly tools help nourish the plants from the very beginning, ensuring each batch gets the best care. “Venti” means 20 – because sometimes, you just need a little more in your cup. Do you feel like your regular coffee could have a little more coffee ? No double shots, just a bigger, bolder cup. As a fair trade coffee, VermiVenti is about creating lasting connections with the farming community to grow better, more sustainable coffee. A clean, no-nonsense cup. VermiVenti is a good cup of coffee.
